Pine Cobble Houses

The college owns a handful of properties in the Pine Cobble development, and as is customary, these properties will be offered for sale this spring. The specific properties offered for sale this year can be found here. The College will accept sealed offers for purchase until Monday, March 6, at 4 pm.

Properties will be available for tours beginning Monday, February 6 and can be arranged by contacting Sharon Marceau in the Real Estate Office at [email protected] or 597-2195. Tours will be limited to Monday-Friday during working hours only. We will restrict tours to specific days/times in coordination with the home’s current residents, giving them the opportunity to leave the residence for a period of time.

If you are considering making an offer or are interested in learning more, please complete this form so that a bid packet can be sent to you. Bid packets include the form required for submitting bids as well as other helpful information, including the most recent appraised value of each property offered for sale.

The college will hold two information sessions about the Pine Cobble development and bidding process. Anyone considering making a bid is strongly encouraged to attend one of the sessions, which will be held remotely on the dates and times listed on the form. RSVP by completing this form. Once confirmed, a Google calendar invitation and Zoom link will be sent to you.

Eligibility requirements to purchase Pine Cobble housing are identified in the Faculty Handbook (Section III Faculty Benefits and Services, G. Faculty and Administrative Staff Housing, page 125, Pine Cobble Development) and the Staff Handbook under Pine Cobble Development Program.
